Green Initiatives - Repurposed Excess

Helios works hard to eliminate waste. One of the ways we accomplish that is by recycling our leftover carpet yarns and scraps. The scraps are bundled and recycled into a composite that is manufactured into mats used by the automobile industry.

New uses for leftover yarns are always being considered. Excess wool can be repurposed into fertilizer since it is a biodegradable fiber with nutrient-rich composites. It can also be recycled into an all-natural carpet pads. As part of our collective action, these ideas-and many more-are thoroughly researched before they are deemed responsible solutions.
